In my franchise these two are hitting around .255 I have boosted their ratings over 90 and they still suck, plus hamilton has 12 Homeruns..Does it hurt the player when their skills are maxed out/ or close too?

Are you simulating? If not, it could just be something about how you're hitting. Maxing out stats can't hurt, but they won't make the game a whole lot easier. Also, how are Hamilton's 12 HRs compared to the rest of your team? If Hamilton has 12 and say, Andrus has 5-6, then you should be fine.

I am simulating..I play only one team (Cards) every game and simulate the rest.
