designated for assignment?
Ok Jose Lopez of Clev was designated for assignment I resigned him as a free agent now I cant add him to the 40 man roster? I get a message saying "Only free agents maybe added to the 40-man roster between Nov 20th and the rule 5 draft. Is this a glitch or something or is there a work around?
