Glynn Davis

I find this a pretty interesting prospect. He is as raw as they come in terms of game action, and right now doesn't carry a lot of weight. MLB.com has him ranked #8 in the system, Baseball America has him #19 with a 50 scouting grade.

I've watched some video of his swing and like what I see. Added to that his physical abilities, the fastest player in the entire system, I think he's a B prospect, nowhere near polished but there's clearly a high enough ceiling if they develop him.

Esposito, thoughts on how much upside he has? I'm between a B and C with him, seems more of a good glove 3B - his bat isn't the quickest, decent college numbers but nothing outstanding.

Esposito is maybe a b- in my opinion and Davis is a solid B See where he goes from where he is now in the future But I say a B for Davis and a b- for Esposito he will be more of a glove man i think.

It'd be nice if we had a minus or a scouting grade system. I made Glynn as a B. Esposito, still undecided.

Bridwell's maybe the hardest pitcher to grade. BA thinks he could be at least a mid rotation starter and maybe more - but he's got so many flaws in his delivery. I've graded him a B.

L.J. Hoes I've got as a B.

Same with Wada who's injured and looking unlikely to break camp with the big league club.
Wada will likely be on the opening day roster unless his arm falls off between now and April 6. His injury has probably cost him his chance at cracking the rotation, but he will likely be a long man in the bullpen. The Orioles cannot send him to the minors without his permission.

You also may want to look into including a decent Ryan Flaherty. He's a rule 5 pick from the Cubs, super utility guy who is a pure hitter. Probably a C or C+ potential but all sources indicate the O's are going to do everything they can to keep him on the roster all year. It'd be nice if you could find a C potential guy who has all positions as his secondary and edit him; the O's are playing Flaherty all over the field this spring.

I've got Flaherty in as a C potential. He's playing positions other than 3B and corner outfield in Spring?

I'd make Esposito a C I dont think he will be anything more then a backup with a good glove. The bat just doesnt seem like its going to be anything that good. And if he does seem to develope better just make him better later or in next years game lol. Or make him in the vault.

I figured I would let you boys know that I made Schoop an A. He has a huge ceiling and the highest potential to become an All-Star. He is truly someone who should soar on all prospect lists this year.

I agree with him being a A potential. Wasnt he rated number 2 Highest prospect at 2nd base? I think that means something for sure. He even makes it to the bigs before Machado in my opinion.

Re: 2012 OSFM: Baltimore Orioles

Sorry guys...a bit late to the Show this year, my big money keeper league draft was keeping me busy. We've got some crazy Canucks in the league.

Anyway, I agree with hysteria on Schoop...he'll beat Machado to the bigs. There's no one ahead of him, but watching him last summer live, he's got a few high end tools. His hands are phenomenal.

I would make Esposito a C; I've seen him and Delmonico play and I wouldn't grade him anywhere near Delmonico...and I would debate Delmonico being maybe a B or C himself.

I think Matusz is going to end up in the rotation, maybe even the #2 starter if he stays on track. He has had back to back strong performances against the Phillies and Tigers.
