Hey knight great set so far, I am waiting on the entire set and was wondering roughly how long that will take?

Great work bud.

Lovin these rosters, but I am really enjoying the challenge of pitching with the not so superstars. Using guys like Pat Rapp, Hentgen, Ramon Martinez it is cool to go against guys like McGwire, etc. That is why these single season sets are fun for example a game between Colorado and Pittsburgh will feature some cool matchups. Keep up the good work Knight.

No.
While I appreciate the thought....I don't take donations.
I'm happy enough that I and others enjoy these.

Thank you though.

I will have the Angels for you guys tonight.
I already have the pitching staff(12) and position player starters completed...so I'll be fleshing out the rest of the squad tonight.
I would have had them already, but my laptop screen crapped out on me...so I'm limited to working on them at home.

Now...HOW the HECK did the Angels not win that division in 2000? I don't follow the A.L. too much, but they had 3 or 4 guys who had monster seasons at the plate. Darin Erstad hit .355!?(okay...he didn't walk much but he had 240 hits!)...and 25 homers!
Vaughn-Anderson and Salmon with over 30 homers and Troy Glaus with 47. Holy crap...did these guys ever leave anyone on base?
I guess their pitching was that mediocre.

Thanks a bunch knight. Have been patiently waiting for the Angels. And yes, 2000 was a great year offensive wise. Hell, 4 guys hit 25 bombs and all 4 had 97+ RBI's. Incredible indeed. However, like you mentioned, the pitching just sucked. This sums it up:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000_Anaheim_Angels_season

When Hasegawa led the team with a 3.57 ERA and the ONLY one with 10 wins, there is a definite problem. Although I was bummed they missed the playoffs, they were lucky to finish over .500. Had their pitching been just a tad above average, they would have taken it. That offense was just too unreal. Once again, thanks a bunch knight.
