Official Milwaukee Brewers Thread

Any other Brew Crew fans here? After tonight, I just had to start a team thread. With a victory over the Phillies, we're at .500! First time since 1998 the Brewers have been .500 this late in the season. Plus, we passed the Cubs and are 4.5 games out of the Wild Card. I realize we're a huge longshot, but it's so much fun to watch Brewer games in August that actually mean something. It's been so long since that's happened.

Brewers are probably my second favorite team after Florida. Its great that you guys are doing so well. Ben Sheets is one of my favorite players, and if we dont get the Wild Card I hope its because yall make an incredible run at the end and take it.

Brewers have always been my favorite NL team since they left the AL.


I hope the Brewers make it. I was really glad to see our offseason trade work out for BOTH teams.

The Brewers will battle the Cards for top spot in the NL Central for years to come IMO.

Ben Sheets is one of my favorite pitchers, and with that young prmising infield they have, if they can keep those guys together, they could be an elite team.

*IF*, and that's a big if too, unfortunately. Jenkins has been hot, I honestly believe we should try to trade him after this year. Prince, who knows, and Rickie Weeks is a stud. For some reason I love watching him bat. Anyways, nice to know there's a few more MilBrew fans out there. Living around 2hrs from the stadium I don't get to as many games as I would like I'm stuck hanging around with the minor league players (Seattle Mariners - A Class Wisconsin Timber Rattlers) around here.
