What's the name of the plugin you are having problems installing?

You need it to run the software in order to create a gameface I'm assuming?

The Gameface browser plugin. it keeps telling me i need to install it even though ive done it numerous times on two different browsers, ive rebooted my computer afterwards and done bout everything else i can and it still says i need it and im just wondering what else can i do

Can you try downloading it from the HELP tab in the Creator web application - Once downloading, launch it to start the installation. Not sure why the automatic download is not working on your side.

I think the rest of the models skin depends on the color of his face. Because I'm light brown skin tone and on the game I have a white skin tone. So I adjust the face to make it a little darker and now I'm tan.
