What must you see out of the Demo?

Ok, I know it has not come out yet and when it does it will be a early build of the madden 13 game. What I want to know is what must you see in order for you to keep your pre-order,no pre-order or make you want the game instead of passing on it.

I'm interested in seeing how the game plays with the new engine. I already pre-ordered M13 from Amazon and unless the gameplay is terrible I plan on keeping it.

The demo usually is an early build of the game.

My focus on Madden will be when it is available on EA league Pass. That will be what the final build is.

If the demo is a early build than whats the point. Funny thing is I never played a Madden demo that was different from the final build, so are you guys sure its a early build?

^^Just because it's an earlier build doesn't mean it won't be similar to the final product, just not to a tee.

Hell, for me though at this point, I just want to see the demo come out!

That's what I always thought. I read that demos where always early builds of the game. Now if that is true or not I do not know. I also read on this site that people were saying that you can't trust demos to much because they are early builds. I figure people on here know better then me, because I really don't know for sure. Maybe someone that knows for sure will let us know. Although for me I really don't care.

I am looking forward to the engine in action. A couple big hits and "HOLY ****" plays would be a nice start. I want to see:

-overhauled commentary where it sets a game atmosphere and it builds like a Fifa game or NBA2K

-vastly improved presentation where the atmosphere is brought to life by what's going on throughout the game as the camera pans on and off the field.

-Overall an actual authentic broadcast NFL feel to a game.

Well, I hate assuming, but that's what you are hypothetically asking, and so I must then say that I don't think the demo would show me what I really want to know (if we are assuming that we just get two teams to play with, and that's the gist of it).

I want to know 100% that I can edit players/ratings to my heart's content and save said rosters without them resetting to default, so that I can then play however I want to play via the "Play Now Mode." That is how I think that I will be able to enjoy the game, but I definitely want confirmation that it's possible.
