Depends on what day it is (legs, chest, arms...) -- pretty sure a quick 'prison workout' could get it done

Surprisingly, the YMCA wifi is skiddish -- especially on days of high volume (Mondays). We'll see how it works out.

Despite that, can the webcasts be streamed via your smartphone? Maybe a dumb question, but you have to consider I've had the struggle Blackberry Bold the last two 1/2 years LOL. These things weren't possible on that phone. I just upgraded to an iPhone last Wednesday, and I'm still adjusting to having much more flexibility in things I can view on the web.

No dice on the iPhone. I think the webcast uses Flash. I tried for one of the past webcasts on my iPhone, and got nothing.

Download the live stream app and use the search too to search for ea sports. You can view on your I phone that way
