Madden 14 on Xbox 720

Im thinking Madden 14 will have a new game engine on the upcoming new consoles.Most likely already in development now..

I hope so because the Xbox 360 versions were horrible in my opinion.

who cares its like couple years away xbox 720 hasn't even been release/meth name for it either as madden 14 yet so why bring this up now?

Because a lot of us on this site are dreaming about the future. I have to think that this team knows the mistakes of the past, and they are being proactive about not making the same mistakes.

I'd be willing the bet the Devs are dreaming about the next systems too.

I dreamt about Madden on PS3/360. I actually was salivating over the possibilities.....

Didn't they claim to create a new engine for 360 and PS3? I am sure the graphics will be better but I would still expect the same issues that have plagued Madden from the PS2 days.

I hope I am wrong but I have been burnt to many times with hope.

Then what made it worse was the first target render video that was looking like the Vick T.O Nike commercial. Then one EA Sports rep, who I will not name, came out and said Madden actually looked better than that. People were really anticipating great things on Xbox 360. Then the Burger King pictures surfaced

Ha, yeah, well I know the tendency here is to throw all EA employees under the bus because what we have now isn't all that spectacular, but I'll bet my shirt they know what they did wrong, they know what they should have done, and will do everything in their power to do it the right way this time out.

You don't have to get your hopes up regarding next gen Madden, but mine are through the roof. '12 has gotten some play from me after skipping '11, but i constantly find myself daydreaming during games about what the future will hold. Reminds me of 2005 LOL.

I guess I'm a sucker, but it's hard for me to not be optimistic.
