"winning" lol!!!! On a serious note are 5 yr deals pretty much the standard for younger players IRL? I noticed that there are a lot of them.

JP thanks for posting this bro. The new bidding system looks sick this year. Franchise mode is going to awsome in a big way then it has been in past years. Can't wait to play madden12 in about 11 days from now.

If that's what the players want and there are other teams willing to give them that, then it makes sense.

Not so much for the other players that you have no competition for. Maybe there's more to it not in the video, like if you wanted to lock up a 2 year guy for longer you could re-sign (restructure) them once they're on your roster.

Liking what I see in the video.
