I know no one plays the PS2 version, but I have a pretty simple question...

How do you assign team captains in franchise? I can't find this anywhere.

If it's anything like the Wii version I had last year it's like Player Management > Pick the player you want > Hit X > 'Assign as Team Captain'

It's in the same menu you'd go to to resign a player mid-season. Or to release a player.

Guessing though.
