Do you even use the new right stick feature to dodge sacks when controlling the QB?

I never use it...I figure trying to get the pass off is better than flicking the stick to avoid a sack, which fails like 70% of the time anyway.

To break tackles you need to hit the R-trigger to get into scramble mode THEN use the R-stick to shed defenders trying to sack you. I do it with Roethlisberger nearly every game. It took me some experimenting in practice mode to figure this out.

No, i have never seen anybody use it. Usually the QB breaks a tackle randomly.

It's a useless feature in my mind. Good idea to have more agile QBs break more sacks, but poorly implemented.

+1..I totally agree!! It's way to difficult to use. Not sure how anyone could have an effective passing attack using this feature. It forces you to look for defenders closing in on you which in turn makes you take your eyes off your receivers.
