Retractable Roof Stadiums in Franchise

Playing as the Cowboys, why is the roof never closed when it's raining? I hate playing as the Cowboys at Cowboys Stadium and it's pouring with rain and the roof is open, why doesn't it get closed?

Re: Retractable Roof Stadiums in Franchise

is it raining from the start of the game? I thought IRL that it took 45 mins or so to close the roof and they decided to look at the weather b4 the game and either keep it open or close it before and not to mess with it during.

Wish I knew. The one time I played in Cowboys Stadium during the rain, the roof was closed and it was raining on the field anyway.

Indoor football sucks anyway!

If teams want to play in a dome they should enter the Arena league ... "real" football was meant to be played outdoors, regardless of weather! OK, I'm done with my rant now! ha

Wow! Did you come up with that on your own? I want to be just like you when I grow up. You are my hero now. I only wish more NFL fans had the thought and logic that you just showed everyone here. Oh wait, your a Steeler fan. Well,I guess we all can't cheer for the team that the NFL loves the most. Oh well, I guess we will just have to settle for all our crappy teams. Everybody please move to the back of the bus so the great and powerful Steeler fan can sit in the front. Without his direction we will all be in for a bumpy ride. The Steeler fan has spoken.

Now everybody out of the bus, come on quickly! Thank God we are all off, because had we stayed in there, we wouldn't have made it to Miami for the SB. Don't worry about him though, he wont have reason to go this year.

I haven't had the chance to play at Dallas yet but that sucks. Hopefully that'll get fixed in due time.
