Best Defense I've Ever Had.

Killer defense from a Redskins franchise I had started, made a few changes and this is how it looks...

LE- Shawne Merriman 99 OVR (force on the outside)
RE- Brian Orakpo 85 OVR (should have a field day with 1-1 matchups)
DT- Albert Haynesworth 99 OVR (man-eating monster)
DT- Tommie Harris 91 OVR (speed rushing DT to pair with Haynesworth)
LOLB- Aaron Curry 84 OVR (future superstar on the outside)
MLB- Patrick Willis 98 OVR (by far the best linebacker in the game)
ROLB- Ernie Sims 87 OVR (fast and hard hitting)
CB- Nnamdi Asomugha 99 OVR (definition of lockdown)
CB- Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie 87 OVR (future definition of lockdown)
FS- Kenny Phillips 78 OVR (will play center field and become the next great safety)
SS- Laron Landry 86 OVR (will roam and look to make big plays)


Backups
MLB- Rocky McIntosh 77 (when I occasionally run 3-4)
CB- Antonio Cromartie 84 (nickel defense, absolute ballhawk)
CB- DeAngelo Hall 79 (dime defense, best 4th corner in the league)
FS- Antoine Cason 77 (dollar defense, young playmaker excels in zone)
SS- Josh Wilson 76 (can play all DB positions, special teams ace)
SS- Chris Horton 73 (mostly special teams player)

I plan on using mostly a 4-3 defense and can't wait to see the pressure Tommie Harris creates lining up between Haynesworth and Merriman. My 3 linebackers can all cover sideline to sideline. My secondary is absolutely filthy, I can play man to man all day and let Phillips and Landry roam. I will probably control Landry and rock ball carriers and receivers coming across the middle. Really excited about this team. Thoughts/Opinions?

Nice D, how many years did it take you in your franchise to get those players?

good players...salary cap is off then? what difficulty you gonna play on? I'd be curious to see if the cpu ai can control that high talent d-line well enough to get anything done in the pass rush though

at any rate, if you dont hold every opposing offense to less than 10 points then something is wrong

Oh yeah thats a great defense but I do not see the fun in stacking a team like this but to each their own.
