created player problem

i created about 10 players now when i created a new one he is not on the team nor in da free agent pool ? wtf?

That's happened in previous maddens...im not sure whats going on..usually the created player is there but on occasion he is not..for me it happened when i created Vick in 08...sometimes he was there...then i recreated him with a subsequent future roster update and he was no longer there...i dunno
