break the game????

Ok I was playing my friend and was blowing him out like by 100 or so and a banner came up saying, "please stop scoring you are going to break the game" I remember in previous maddens you could score like 200 something before the points wouldn't go higher, but my real question is, can I really break the game by scoring too much????

I was not aware that someone else posted this too, it really pops up, like i siad in my thread i was up 117-0. I tried scoring again but time ran out so I'm no sure how high you can acctually go.

You were up by more than 35 and you didn't suggest to your friend that you turn off the game and do something else? How could that game be fun for you or him?

I was playing the computer and just having fun seein how high i could run the score up. I am a sim player, but seeing as it was the second game I played I decided to have fun, something no one else here wants to do with this game. I will be jacking up the difficulty for the next game, because it did get boring busting out 20 yard run after 20 yard run.
