I love creating a team as well, I go cupcake but release all the players and fill them up with free agents then simulate and draft. Unfortunately I usually do this after getting a few normal franchises in so wont get round to for a while yet.

Yeah, TeamBuilder for Madden 2011 would be awesome. I love how you can do it all online and have so many options. I've been creating a few NCAA teams while I'm here to pass the time.

Back in Madden 06 and 07 on the original XBOX I LOVED creating teams. There were so many more cool logos on the old gen consoles for create a team. I would create 32 teams, and do a franchise and have it be like my own new league. It was so much fun. But then I tried doing this last year, only to find out not only do the new logos SUCK, but you could only create 10 teams!!! But, I'm glad they made it possible to make 32 teams again this year. I may try and do it again. It's just too bad the logos still suck.
Also, I agree that I wish Madden had TeamBuilder also. Heck, if I could choose TeamBuilder to just be in Madden or NCAA, I'd choose Madden. Hopefully they bring it in for Madden 11.

Wait, you can delete the computer generated players? I didn't know that. How do you do it?
I've always wished, too, that you could make 32 teams, and have them replace teams, but you keep that teams roster. (EX; the 'Boston Bruisers' replace the 'New England Patriots', but keep the roster with Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, etc.)

I think he mean that when he starts his franchise he releases them and then picks up free agents to fill the roster. Or maybe selecting the Fantasy option to build the created team and just picking up free agents.

do u have to replace a team? also when u do where do all the players from the replaced team go? i didnt see them as free agents

I just created my own team last night - "Boston Bulldogs". Except, when I do my franchise, I just do a fantasy draft. Maybe ill upload a video on easportsworld.com so you can get a look at their uniforms.
EDIT: Just uploaded some, the quality of these aren't great but its better than nothing.
Note: It says that I use the Redskins because I replaced my created team for the Redskins. I wanted to get into a competitive division.

In the past the players for the replaced team just disappeared. If you want to use them, I suggest editing the roster of the team you plan on replacing and release all their players to free agency. Then when you start your franchise, they will be there for you to sign.

cool man. I have never created a team because I don't want to replace a team. NCAA it's easier for me to replace a team because I'm not attached to all 119 teams there.
