Patch 2: Determining Priority

In keeping with tradition began last year, I've been asked to prioritize the communities needs. This time for the 2nd Madden 10 patch.

I do know that the holding on field goals is addressed in Patch 1, so we can leave that one out. Here's what I'm looking for...

You list your biggest patchable issues. I will rank them based on frequency of mention, and how practical they are for patch, and forward the list to Ian once a definitive list is made. No promises that they'll all get fixed or that one thing will get in before another, but this will give them an idea what's most important to the community.

NOTE: List everything you want to see patched, even if it was already mentioned. Being high on a lot of lists will tell me that issue is important to the community.

So... complain away

Re: Patch 2: Determining Priority

* Low rushing TD totals in franchise.

* Frequency of penalties other than the big 3 (holding, facemask, clipping)

Re: Patch 2: Determining Priority

Second string running back YAC in franchise

Rushing tds in franchise

OLB in 3-4 sack numbers in franchise

1/2 sacks and tackles

full replay and replay slider

blocking logic

CPU running out of bounds for no reason

CPU 2 min drill logic...they will be 80 yards out with the ball and call a run, then call a time out...either have them pass to try and score or just run the clock out

Re: Patch 2: Determining Priority

When you get forced out of bounds inside of 2 minute warnings, the clock doesn't stop. It only stops if you run out yourself.

Also, don't know if it can be patched but STILL no sideline catches at all.

Online game speed is too fast and can't seem to be changed?

John Madden sometime talks over Collinsworth/Hammond when you're on Ask Madden, and it sounds absolutely HORRIBLE.

Also, more instant replays. They should be triggered after every touchdown at least.

Re: Patch 2: Determining Priority

---passing in the flat is a bit ridiculous.

---auto-subs are broken

---excessive holding on field goals

---realistic stats for linebacker sacks, rushing tds, etc.

---tackle assist stat doesn't count towards tackle stats.

---sometimes clock doesn't stop when player gets knocked out of bounds

---incomplete/broken replays

is there a list already made for Patch 1? If so, what's in it?

Re: Patch 2: Determining Priority

I would also say the cpu QB's get rid of the ball way to often when putting pressure on them. It seems that they always get the ball out when I'm there.

That may just be my lack of skill.
