During cutscenes snow hits the camera lense. [Reply]

While playing against the Lions, Culpepper actually threw the ball away. [Reply]

:-) According to the Bills PA announcer, some dude in the crowd just won a date with a Buffalo Bills' cheerleader. LOL.

I put this in the impressions thread too, but it's more appropriate for here. [Reply]

Playing with the Giants, Brandon Jacobs on an outside run. Defender jumps on me and I literally carry him for like 5 yards. It was like giving the guy a Piggy-Back-Ride [Reply]

Polomalu everywhere, and Pittsburgh going deep on me with Santonio Holmes. They take advantage of everything.

And Steve Breaston being a beast at running after the catch. His ratings really match his play.

And defenders (that have fallen) bumping into other defenders pursuing the ball carrier. [Reply]

Dreads. Yeah, it seems like a little detail, but it goes a long way for authenticity.

Wobbly passes that still spin in a realistic manner (even when you aren't hit on a pass rush). It just adds a little dimension to the passing game and looks very good.

I must say that the ball physics are better in Madden than in NCAA. By a good amount too. When the ball is tipped or deflected, the ball moves better and more realistc (not great, but better). Maybe it's the slower game speed. [Reply]

About the ball physics, I like how different QB's have different spins. Like McNabb has a tight spiral like he does, and other guys who are not that powerfull have a not so tight spiral. There are a lot of little things.

And terrain specific stuff. Though field degration is gone, but is was over done before, but a little be will be nice.

Though I like seeing footprints in the snow. [Reply]

Maybe its just me, or maybe its just my imagination...but I just finished my first game...Bengals(me) vs 49ers...and running it up the gut was much easier in the 4th quarter than the first. Loved it. Not sure if this is a 1 time thing but its not something that I noticed as much if at all in Madden 09.

My last TD run was a Benson run up the gut and Ochocinco was leading the way celebrating as he ran into the endzone. Loved it. He had beat Clements on a couple deep passes.

49ers didn't make much use of Crabtree, but Vernon Davis had a nice game. [Reply]

Yeah if you tire out the defense you start breaking out good runs. Good stuff. [Reply]

Bears Vs. Lions

I'm on their 40 yard line and I'm in the shotgun. I hike the ball and Greg Olson goes deep. there is a huge mismatch and the Olson is 1 on 1 with a little Nickle back. I lob it up to him and he catches the ball over the back of the corner and they both tumble to the ground. The ref runs over and puts his arms up "TOUCHDOWN".

The play was so realistic, in past Maddens the nickel back would have just turned around and miraculously swatted it away. Olson effectively used his size to an advantage made a great catch. The description might be a little confusing; I'll upload the video soon. Or do i have to wait until the 14th?

Great job EA! :-) [Reply]
