Yep - I did. I had already slowed the spin move down by 21% when working with this prototype...you should be able to notice the speed difference in the 2nd video.

I did...good stuff. That Paul kid is a superstar here at the office...unbelievable moves on that kid.

I can't really comment on those ideas specifically - I don't think they would be hard to implement but it's not something I can address yet since I'm trying to stay focused just on this first part of prep moves.

Very nice spin into a quick juke and explode into the sprint. That's what I'm talking about. Nice.

Re: Early look / prototype

The Juke still looks bad
It should user MORE shoulder movement, and LESS leg 'slide like' movement

They look exactly like '09's animations. Just abolish those already. Start new, don't tweak them! If you slow down the spin, IDC, because its the same ***** spin move.

How about custom celebrations? We could assign each button to a certain type of celebration in our "My Madden"

I really appreciate the update, A LOT

Re: Early look / prototype

Great stuff IAN! This is going to be the best pre-madden release period ever with your interacting. Im sure im just 1 of the many many who apprectiate it.

My biggest beef with the current spin move is that most (not all) spin moves involve the ball carriers body to bounce off of the defender. Not so much just the ball carrier spinnining without being touched.

There are spin moves where the ball carrier never touches the defender but these are more the speedy scat back moves. Players like Frank Gore, Brandon Jacobs use the defenders body/angle they take to leverage themselves off of by spinning in the opposite direction (but while making contact with the defender)

2K had a pre- programmed spin that happened as soon as the first contact happened. I liked that alot. Maybe you's could implement a version of it by holding the spin down it will wait for contact to spin off. And when you tap it quick a regular spin would happen. Just a suggestion.

I cannot wait till the wr route / catch thread get made by if so.
