08 or 09 for PSP?

Which version is better on the PSP, 08 or 09? If 09 isn't that much improved, i'd just assume save the money and get 08, but wanted to get some opinions.

I posted a similar thread yesterday asking this very question. Guess the PSP versions aren't that popular around here.

If I remember correctly, I think most said 08 was better, but now that 09 has had time to sink in, I wonder if anyone has changed their minds?

I'm sure they are probably pretty much the same. I would go with 08 to save cash.
