So 2K actually offered up more money than EA, but the NFLPA sided with EA to keep 2K out of the market, and thus EA owes them a favor. **** that. Not only that, but EA and this guy KNEW they were ripping off the former players by giving them less money than they could have had. Very shallow and cheap. Now I wait for this thread to turn into a fanboy war and get closed quickly. Also awaiting the whole "but thats just good business sense" comments.

My hope for a true sequel to NFL 2k5 was suffocated a long time ago. APF2k8 was fine and good, but it wasn't the sequel we all wanted.

lol...it will get locked, but probably not for the reasons you mentioned.

Lawsuit states the NFLPA conspired with EA to take a smaller deal than Take Two offer

guys, even if 2K got a fair deal here, EA still would have out bid them. 2K football was doomed to end when the NFL decided to go exclusive.
