A good Franchise to Rebuild

So, I want to start up a low-rated Franchise so that I can rebuild it into a SB Dynasty type team. What would be some good options, and where do they need help?

The obvious choices that come to mind are the Lions, the Cheifs, the 49er's, the Rams, maybe the Seahawks? Which of these (or others) would be the most challenging to rebuild?

Either the Lions or Rams.

If you release most of the 50-65 OVR backups the chiefs have with no signing bonus you can get over 50 mil in cap room. The tons of cap makes the franchise rebuilding a lot easier so may not be what you want.

As for a challenging one I'd have to go with Cardinals. They are not as dominant as they are in real life and they have ton of young guys with huge bonuses. Not a lot of cap but James & Warner will retire within the first 3 years so you will be looking to fill those spots in the draft or through free agency.

I always thought the Texans would be fun. They have some talent, but not a ton, and play in a tough division, so you'd have to work hard to make the playoffs.

The Chiefs and Rams would be good; they both need a lot of work but at least each team has a stud RB so you could play conservative and keep the score low while you're rebuilding.

Lions are a lost cause and probably not that much fun in the game, either.

Rams have actually dominated in my franchise. And I think Lions are pretty fun if u like to air it out.

I'm rebuilding the 49ers right now, it's a pretty good experience since there not a complete train wreck. They have some pieces there but most of the team is discombobulated.

I would say the Seahawks. Other then a few players it seems like the whole team needs to be rebuilt.
