Patch #2 over and over..

Everytime I sign into Madden on XBL it makes me DL patch 2 like I never got it before and now it won't download and I can't play online. How do I fix it / get the patch to "stay" on my 360?

If you are clearing your cache, then this deletes all patches, and you have to download them again.
Also, if your HD is full, someone mentioned it will delete patches to free up room for other updates.
