The Ed Reed TD celebration against the Browns in this video (Wings soaring) was in 2007, but I don't remember it for 2008.

Details: After the play that has some importance, DJ will stand up, c0ck his head to the side and cross his arms across the chest

I'll try to find a picture or video of it. He doesn't always do it but its low to medium occurance.
