Sorry, at work and cant post vids or pics but i have a few:

SPECIFIC ANIMATION: Ronder Barber - Big play or TD (Defense)
Details: He points to his name on the back of his jersey with one hand thumbs down over his shoulder (hard to explain without vid). Just take your right arm, hold it straight in the air with thumb pointing backwards, and then bend elbow like your pointing at your name, its fun to do!
Game / Time Last Seen: Last year, against the Saints i think, he scooped a fumble and scored. Usually does it about the 10 yard line.

SPECIFIC ANIMATION: Derrick Brooks runnign style
Details: He has more of a loping running style than a straight run/sprint
Game / Time Last Seen: Anytime he's on field

SPECIFIC ANIMATION: Ike Hilliard - running/rolling
Details: When Ike gets the ball, he he has to get his wheelchair going since he's so old, he pushed both hands down on his wheelchair wheels and gets going pretty fast. This is until the NFL allows Ike to have someone push his wheelchair\

Animation: Before every cowboys game, Rowdy rides out to either a harley thats LOUD!!! or a loud four wheeler as shown. Its pretty intense.

Details: When audibleing Urlacher usually yells out to the DB's left and rights and slaps his hand on the top of his helmet while doing it.

SPECIFIC ANIMATION: Devin Hester pumping up the crowd before a kick/punt return.
Details: Hester pumps up the crowd, but not like the way it's already done in Madden. He lowers his head and waves up with his hands more.
