i still don't think it is similar at all.

+1,000,000. Ian you may also want to investigate stadium chants as well. Im not sure if this is the time and place for it but I have several in mind besides the J-E-T-S chant

Not player specific but another specific animation could be when a WR goes in motion, after they get set again they point to the sideline or line judge to see if there on the LOS.

DB ANIMATIONS: I would love to see TOWELS.

QB's Pouch: This is one i'd really like to see.. QB's in cold weather games will have there hands in heat pouch to keep them warm while comming to the huddle.

Brady Quinn also does what Tom Brady does in regards to pointing out the Mike LB.

He also holds the ball low in his body.

Re: Need community help!!! Player/Team animations

Also, many kickers have distinct "setups" before they kick the ball. some twist their body around or set their feet wide apart, some count the yards from snapper to holder placement, some leave their leg up in the air after they kick the ball.

To me, it's a small thing but the kicker animation in Madden has always, sorry, sucked. It looks like he walks up to the ball and then just swings his leg through. Just not at all what a real NFL kicker does.

Obviously we all want the best "gameplay" but little subtle animations in a game make it feel "real". I think MLB the SHOW 08 did a great job at adding subtle things to make the game come to life. A Pitcher jumps over the base lines when walking off the field, or wiping his forehead and taking off his cap. A batter blowing snot out of his nose on his way up to the plate. An outfielder throwing the ball into the stands after the third out. It's a different game, but EA should take some cues from that game and also some of the unique animations that were in ....shhhhhh....2K5. QB talking on phone, a player throwing his helmet, knocking over the gatorade bucket. Things like that are nice touches and cutscenes in a game. IMO
