BUG: Game Freezes at Play Selection

I get about 2 drives into a franchise game with the vikings and the game freezes at the play selection. I need to reboot the xbox360 each time.

Bug: Game freezes during play selection

Bug: Game freezes during play selection, audio continues, requires manual shutdown of PS3, then turn back on.

Bug: Box says 1-4 Co-op but the game only allows 2 vs 2 which isnt 4 player co-op. Must be a false advertisement bug.

Bug: Disconnects before or after XP's in the third quarter (This has happened 3 out of 6 times. Error message immediately pops up and says "You have lost connection to your opponent"

Additional Info:
I have played 6 games, 3 have been disconnected before or after an extra point in the third quarter. It's not like a typical disconnect either where it freezes for a second and then tells you your disconnected. It's like the game hits a certain error, and it immediately throws up the message and disconnects. I have had several friends report the same problem around 50% of the time.

Bug: Player "balloons".

My quarterback walks vertically up into the sky, appearing to float, instead of under center. Very visually disturbing glitch. Cannot snap the ball because he never reaches his position.

Additional info: Originally happened on a punt play. A linebacker on my punt coverage lines up on his back. At the snap, he runs straight up into the air. It carried over into the next play this time with the quarterback. Player is stuck in the sky. Timeouts, replays, and taking a delay of game penalty do not solve the problem.
