Ian please fix this, this was in 08' as well and we were told this was supposed to be FIXED. I am a HUGE Franchise guy and this is a game killer. I want to take my 79 rated rookies and make them great... can't do that if they don't progress. Had a rookie WR catch 89 passes for 1,231 yards 18TDs.. he was OROY and he's still a 73 overall. Come on guys... Seriously. This is crushing, all I do is play franchise.

While in split backs formation I'll take the starting RB and put him at WR via a formation sub (Y). Then after running a play and going back to the play call screen I can no longer use the package substitutions to swap my wr, spell the RB or just normalize everything.

This is frustrating because it was a glitch in last years game and has not been addressed yet. It shouldn't be too hard to raise players salary demands with the cap going up.

Bug: Players demands for salaries never increase, but the cap goes up every year resulting in every team having 60+ million in cap room after 5 or 6 seasons.
