Bill, in regards to the Accelerated Clock not making it in... I think it was Ian who said they have a working patch for Madden to input an accelerated clock. Unfortunately it won't be in patch #1 (set for release Aug 12th?), since it by itself is larger than the micro$oft allowed 4 MB.

I pray the first patch fixes QBs accuracy.... :

That is EA's way of fixing the broken sliders from NCAA, just don't include them in Madden. lol

I had read something very early on about "Advanced Sliders", but never saw anything about it again. When Ian said "We've been pretty up front, you guys know everything that's in the game". I just put it aside.

Wonder if it was something they were adding but decided against but forgot to close access to certain ones.

If there are no CPU sliders, I might reconsider my reservation. That's too big a deal to me. This is not cool.

I doubt it too. I'm looking under every rock, but I can't see them. Of course the new sliders were somewhat hidden, so maybe it's in a different menu.

They have to be there....right?

As for what I think? Way too early. If I can't find any CPU sliders I'm not going to like it at all.

The throws are way, way too accurate for my taste. After 4 games I am dying to see just one pass be off target.

Uh oh. You were spot on with your NCAA critique (I was hoping you weren't quite so spot on) and here's hoping you'll find some sliders or that in the Aug. 12 patch it'll be remedied.
