New and More Sliders!!

Wow after starting very skeptical this year and leaning toward excited with all the new additions. I am now blown away. This alone has me contemplating UNpreordering the game. I know thats not a word but I forced to create it because of this predicament lol. Seriously thought the one thing that has been there to atleast band aid the problems in this game is now gone. It used to be underpowered and now it's gone. I'm blown away as to how a feature that has it's own category on most message boards gets shafted because they seem to think the AI is actually smart enough to make the cpu competent.

Can anyone tell me if a reasonable amount of penalties are actually called this year and if season simulated stats actually turn out how they tell us. With this now being confirmed it frightens me to think of why there was never really a franchise blog. We assume that if we hear nothing then something is being left along not being demolished. After all this I wouldn't be surprised if Franchise mode was not in the game anymore.

If everyone here didn't buy the game, it wouldn't matter. Game will sell like crazy. That being said, I am not sure if I will buy it or not. Probably not.

I am just in awe man. How many years in a row can they do this to us? I really really really thought this was the year for a solid next gen game of nfl football, and yet I was suckered again. I refuse to play a game where the opposing qb just gets either incompletions or picks. Ncaa got dull after a few days with that and this will too. I am just glad that I found this problem out now and not after I wasted 60 dollars. This really sucks, I was looking forward to thisgame.

I just don't get how taking out CPU sliders was even a consideration. This is just inexplicable.

No sliders for the cpu well thats intresting i was never a big slider guy i wouldnt depend on them. So if the up coming patch will fix the cpu's acc then i will be happy. Oh yeah their is Head Coach to look forword to.

What page are the new sliders on? Just trying to find some workarounds. My biggest problems out of the box are the cpu QB throwing too many picks. IF THE HUMAN SLIDERS WORK, you could lower that slider. Hmm cpu running game usually blows so, if I lower break block will I be able to rush the passer? I don't want to lower defensive awr to the point my DB's don't cover. Maybe lowering hum pass acc, pass blk, and WR catch (although there appears to be a fair amount of drops) will help the human controlled QB from being too powerful. The Roethlisberger passing percentage was fine in Bills last game. SHHHHHHEEEEEEEEESSHHHHHHHH

Same for me...and most of what I've read from people stated, the sliders had little effect anyway. That said, there's really no excuse for removing a feature many "sim" users find so valuable.
