Gang Tackling Challenge Response (from Ian Cummings)

Simon you are my second hero behind Ian. I rave about Fifa and NHL. I know you'll get this game to World Class level sooner than later! Get this man some purple Mods!

Simon you and I share a common history - linebackers. I look forward to seeing you work specific animations there such as read steps, stacking and shedding, attacking with the inside shoulder and keeping the outside shoulder free.

I was a Madden player once but I was first a 2k player on the Dreamcast I now have regret in buying Madden as I had a hand in crippling a power house that still make's the most authentic football game yeah it doesn't have NFL team's but it has NFL game-play what's the point of having the NFL license if the game feel's lifeless there barely implementing feature's that Visual Concept's pioneered year's ago evey year around the same time they pop out with a video that show's & promises improvement's & get's past fan's to bite the bate & also new fan's but it never come's to fruition & many more fan's leave every year then those that come

To the EA employee how do you feel about the monopoly that EA has over the NFL license?

I keep trying to get Cummings and Bailey to boost up Clinton Portis' ratings but they are sticklers for real numbers .

I think the next blog on the madden 09 site will be Ian's, but I am not sure when it's going to drop.

I might also have an EA podcast with the gameshow guys coming out soon.
