I think people are not really seeing the progress that has been made on the OS madden boards. Couple months ago is was thread after thread of HATE EA/MADDEN threads. Atleast now, everything is ideas/request for Ian and the team to think over and work on. PLUS much more madden haters are outspokenly saying IAN has rekindled some love for EA. So yes I think the Good is starting to take back over. Which is a very good thing.

But on another note, I think we should try to get back on topic and not let this wasting time for IAN run 2 or 3 pages of BS.

and thats what it boils down to in my opinion. You don't have to like the game, the series, the maker of the game, or even believe a word that Ian is saying. But you should at least show him respect and not insult the man, his intelligence, his passion for the game, nor his development skills.

He's taking the time to interact with us. Again, thats something that we've always wanted and even at times, criticized EA for, is that they didn't communicate with the community and their fans. And now that they are, we are insulting them? I just don't get it.

It is not everyone, just a select few who have no reading skills to see what has been talked about recently. So they are still stuck in 08

We are not arguing about EA referencing/taking from 2K5, the point is, is this a smoke screen or will we see actual change. At least this is what I feel and posted early on in the thread.

totally unnecessary. Lets leave the political debate out of the Madden forum. Its not allowed on OS and certainly has no business being in this thread.
