These sliders are different than my Coach Mode sliders, so I am making a new thread.
After a lot of play time and working with Jarodd and KBLover, I have come up with a set of options that are enjoyable for me.
Possibly the most important option to mention and highlight are my 100 Fatigue settings
5 Injury
100 Fatigue
0 Speed Threshold
Auto Sprint - Off
Substitutions:
Every position is set to sub out at 1 and sub back in at 2 with two exceptions: Running backs and the D-line.
In football, you really don't see other position rotate players.
I have HB set to sub out at 75 and back in at 85. I tend to get around 18-22 carries by my feature back, 5 by my backup and about 4 or 5 plays a game my #3 HB comes into the game.
I have the D-Line set to sub out at 15 and back in at 25.
I do NOT use the sprint button. The only exception is when I am scrambling with the QB.
I prefer Normal game speed right now.
Special Teams:
FG Power 40
FG Accuracy 80
Punt Power 45
Punt Accuracy 100
Kickoff power 45
The AI needs the accuracy boost. For what ever reason ,this set up with punts actually gives you a chance to return kicks without having to call for a fair catch all game long.
Penalties -Everything set to 100 except:
False Start - 0
Face Mask, Holding, Clipping, Roughing the Passer all at 54
The AI uses cadence a lot and as a result suffers from a lot of false starts. Now it will actually raw your team off-sides sometimes. you can also do the same now. It always felt to me like using the fake snap/cadence button was just asking for a 5 yard flag. Even when I had the setting as low as 2, to generate SOME false starts, what ended up happening was the AI would get a false start on almost EVERY SINGLE FG attempt. It was dumb.
Sliders:
User/CPU
Passing
Accuracy 10/100
Blocking 0/0
Catching 10/100
Rushing
Break Tackle 0/50
Blocking 0/80
Fumble 5/55
Pass D
Reaction Time 35/100
Interceptions 15/100
Pass Rush 100/100
Run D
Reaction Time 50/100
Block Shedding 20/100
Tackling 50/50
This a 295 point buy. The AI plays a bit different than normal All-Madden 75 categorical settings.
Remember to give these sliders time to "kick in" before judging them.
They play well for my skill level. Again, I never use sprint, I have to use L-Stick passing, and I use Slide Protection in the running game.
I am not in love with the poor blocking by my O-Line right now when games start, but as games wear on and fatigue wears down a defense in the 4th quarter, runs really do start to open up.
Here are some run examples:
:NOTE: Turn down your speaker volume. There is no important sound but when recording my camera picked up a lot of background noise.
This first clip is a simple 3rd down conversion where 4 defenders shed their blocks very quickly. A 5th defender also "wins" by forcing he double team blockers to fall to the ground, take two offensive players to block one defender and winning the math.
Also, it is my opinion that If I used sprint or auto sprint, I could have scored a TD, but without using it the play looks and felt more realistic and kept the drive alive. I did end up scoring anyway, but that's not the point. I have to fight for every yard.

This second clip is later in the game with a 21-17 lead, I call a draw and use the an R-Stick juke move, which I use a lot at the LoS to evade initial defenders. I follow my blockers and get into the end zone.
I remember what they always said about the Broncos, and how they teach their backs to make one cut and not dance in the backfield. Pick a hole and go, even if it is the wrong hole. On runs up th gut I snpa the ball watch for the animations of the defenders and often use the R-Stick to juke left or right and follow my way down field.

In the long run I am not too happy with the poor blocking from my O-Line, and might adjust it more later, but right now running has been some what of a challenge.
Another small thing I do is I never hot route. Well, I use smart route, but I never change the play design on offense. I will audible or
playmaker flip a play or send someone in motion but I never hot route. This helps reduce the abuse of slants and streaks when you see a weakness in the coverage. Run the play you designed, call your audible or call a time out.
I don't think these little game play restrictions are too bad and they have helped keep games fun and competitive. I also never call the same play twice on either side of the ball, or at least I make an effort to try not to. When you call by play type, you can keep track mentally of what you have and haven't called.
