I think the amount of time in the pocket is just about right. You have plays that it's less and some that are more... it feels basically right.

BTW, eatin dinner right now and watching some of the games... gonna play that game soon. Going with Browns vs Colts

These are great sliders! I recommend these for anyone who is looking for new sliders or who finds the game too easy.

Re: NFL Simulation Sliders 1.0 from Valdarez (tuned for Slow Gameplay)

lol... went about as planned.

Final Score:

Cleveland: 13 (Me)
Indianapolis: 34 (Cpu)

Quick Stats:
Manning: 17-24, 232 yards, 3 td
Anderson: 17-41, 199 yards, 4 ints <<< lol, 2 were my fault

Addai: 25 rush, 105 yards, 4.2 avg, 1 td (74 yard long)
Lewis: 30 rush, 99 yards, 3.3 avg, 1 td

Cleveland: 8 diff receivers>>>> 65 best (Wayne)
Indianapolis: 4 diff receivers>>> 53 best (Massaqoui)

Defense:
CLE: 0 sacks, 0 ints
IND: 2 sacks, 4 ints

Everything felt just about right for who I was playing as except for the CPU running game lol. Excluding the 74 yard run their running game was nonexistent. I was thinking that it was a little low my past attempt against ATL... Michael Turner did decent but you would expect a little better... maybe up it a little bit somehow?

Also, you MUST play by the rules or else you can win with anyone. I felt like had I not played by those rules I could have won this game... just the way that Madden is.

Yeah, there's not much I can do to address the AI issues. You can make the game harder, but then it's not remotely realistic. The goal here is to let you play as realistic game as possible, have it be challenging (some may need rules, some may not), and obtain realistic results.

I have been noticing low rushing yardage on my opponents as well. I just tested some new rushing settings and they were close. Need to make a few more adjustments, then I'll post the updated set. Have to be careful. I found bumping the break tackles up too high, and you'd have HB's that DB's can't tackle, or for elite backs, super human players who can break 8 tackles every other play. Gotta love the sliders, makes for a heck of a balancing act.

yea the cpu running probably isnt as good as it should be. its tough to make things harder without making it completely cheap. i also lowered the human QBA and it worked out perfectly. jamarcus russells completion percentage dipped to 54%. looking forward to the updates

What did you lower it to? I tried it at 15, and had a lot of misthrows by Romo, especially when under pressure. Dropped his completion percentage by a good 20%.

i read in a different thread that QBA whether it be human or cpu was very sensitive. i put the human QBA at 22. but obviously tony romo is going to be looking to take more shots downfield than jamarcus russell. this might just be a gameplay or preference thing. side note lol do you no when the second patch is coming out? i just turned on my ps3 and it sed the ea servers cant be reached. could it be tonight??? lmao prob just wishful thinking

No clue on the patch. I'll try 22 then and see how that works out. Any specific reason you chose 22?

Re: NFL Simulation Sliders 1.0 from Valdarez (tuned for Slow Gameplay)

Very good sliders. I played a half with these - Colts (me) V Jaguars (cpu). It was 27-7 at half. I actually only had 13 offensive points. Majority of my points came off of tipped passes that turned into pick-sixes.

With Manning/user catching everything I was 10-17 for 147. I hit two deep passes to Reggie Wayne (30 and 40 yards), so the deep pass is effective/present with these sliders as well. Overall, I liked the way the game felt. I'm looking to try some more and see how it works out for me.

Good job so far!

Re: NFL Simulation Sliders 1.0 from Valdarez (tuned for Slow Gameplay)

I just tried 25 on QB passing, and even going to that greatly throws off the interceptions by the CPU. I had 4 INTs with Romo by the half. Granted, I was testing, throwing into tight coverage, but that's still too high. Even lowered the INT to 10 for CPU and still had 2 picks. Seems it starts getting really touchy below the 30 point mark. Trying out 27 right now, with a slightly lowered WR catch.
