Question for the off-line franchise guys....

I am looking to begin my franchise with the Ravens and I am using sliders from this forum. (Thanks for all your hard work by the way). My question is if I start my franchise will the patch EA is going to release automatically go into my franchise or will I have to re-start?

I am aware that the "roster" updates do not update into an already started franchise. However, I want the patch to be included so I am just wondering if I should wait?

Also, just curious... How many of you have already started your franchise?

A patch is not like the roster updates. Patches do take effect in already started franchises. You will not have to worry about restarting your franchise if a patch is released, as it will take effect.

Thanks for the reply! I am also holding off a little longer because I am really hoping the Ravens make a move for Brandon Marshall

I am real excited to play franchise mode again, I havent started one since Madden 05 on the PS2. This year between the game and the updates to franchise mode I can see myself getting real into this again!
