Xbox 360 sliders not possible?

I didn't think that you could do sliders on xbox 30 im just trying to have a franchise with no robo qb what do you guys think the soloution is??

I'm with you man. I'm so pissed and disappointed with Madden this year. You can't even have a damn Franchise with this RoboQB bs. I've tried Heelfan, Papi and every slider here and nothing seems to change much. Very frustrating!! I had more fun on PS2. : /
