Pass Rush Slider

Hi

Whats the most popular beliefe here regarding pass rush sliders....I have read the lower the better and some have the idea the higher the better pass rush you'll get.

whats the deal Im looking for better pass rush from my defense and would like to find a way to get that

I usually get about 2-3 sacks, and 1-2 ints per game on 10 min Qs with these Pass D settings:

REACT 100
INT 30
RUSH 95
