Load Madden
Choose My Madden
Choose NFL Rosters
Move/Sign/Edit Players here

To create a player:
Load Madden
Choose My Madden
Creation Zone
Create Player

If you want that player to be a free agent assign him to a random team, then go into NFL rosters and release him from that team. It's time consuming so I recommend just downloading the one he already created.

I've never done it before, i just found a really good draft class that always had a good projection and accurate ratings on players coming out. I actually lost the file and cant find it again becauase i formated mem card. anyways i remember him saying that if you dont want them to come out for the draft you have to make them red shirts. i think i remmeber something about turning their pad height all the way up during college to make them better during pro but i dont remember ill try and find the thread
