Here are my stats for Jake, you can go into your roster and make the edit.
Throw Power: 77
Short Accuracy: 85
Medium Accuracy: 81
Long Accuracy: 75
Awareness: 92
2 TDs, 7 INTs so far... Over 2 picks per game.
Fail.
Delhomme is horrible. He makes JaMarcus Russell look like a legit NFL QB.

Excuses...
Dude, I am sorry about your quarterback, but he is horrible. The proof is in the pudding. He is a poor man's Marc Bulger.

Just saw this, 7 INTs this season add to that the playoff game. Home town bias at its finest. All I have to say is thank goodness you are not doing the rosters.

I gotta say that, right now, I gotta disagree with a philosophy Donny is taking.

Okay, get the "lolz, homer!" out of the way. My argument isn't about Royal. It's about blindly looking at stats and making judgment calls on stats alone. Anyone who watched the Broncos/Raiders game knows that the Broncos attacked the Raiders' run defense all game long. Hence why Buckhalter had 108 yards and Moreno had 90 yards.
Will he suggest that Gaffney is equal in talent to Marshall simply due to stats? I wouldn't. It's about game plan and coaching philosophy. Again, I'm not here to argue about Royal, or the Broncos, or any specific player. Donny, you need to look at more than just stats. if a QB has two INTs because those throws bounced off a wide-open WRs hands and deflected to a FS, does this mean the QB had a bad game? Heck no.
Donny, you need to consider more than that. You need to look at the context of the plays, of the game, of the situations. If a RB tears apart a weak defense, so what? We all want to see our players evaluated and changed based on how they're doing, but you might want to take more into account.

I have been a Panthers fan before they took the field in their first year. There is nothing to be mad at Donny Moore about. 75, right now for Jake is a fair rating. When he is at his best 82 is a good ceiling.

I watched the Cowboys and the Panthers. His WRs didn't help him at all. That first pick, Mohammed just watched the football fall into the CBs hands. Yeah, sure, Delhomme threw it short, but come on, help your QB out. He threw some strikes in that game. And Steve Smith needs to shut up and play football.

I know man, if anything drop Steve Smith and Muhsin Muhammad to a 75, put Jake back at 85. That is so stupid they will drop Jake cause, as i said before his wide recievers will not run the proper routes. if only Jake had Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald, or even Andre Johnson he would be lighting up secondaries and people would be like Peyton who? Jake Delhomme is a future Hall of Famer, he has done a lot with the Panthers a huge turnaround for a team who used to be 1-15. he came into the team as the fourth string behind Rodney Peete, Chris Weinke, and Randy Fasani. He worked his way up to the top, took them to the Super Bowl and this is how he is treated? Give me a break man.
Donny, please fix Jake Delhomme and boost him back up to 80. Analyze his wide recievers because thats not fair. He made throws that Adam Vinateri could have caught, and hes a kicker!

This thread just keeps on delivering. My guess is that it will continue to deliver until Delhomme is inevitably benched :-)[Reply]

No, then he will say Fox is being bias and that he should have benched the O-Line or Steve Smith...
This is ridiculously hilarious because of the wool he pulls over his own eyes.
