LOL, he did, I hate how guys can just slide off of tackles constantly as it lends itself to way too many big plays at times. Congrats on the close 24-19 victory.
On a side note, watching my receiver getting mugged downfield leading to a pick-6 is a little irritating. I dont know if its the animations or what it is that causes guys to basically get stuck on another player but when it happens its about the most annoying part of this game, and when its not atleast accompanied by a flag it about makes me want to stop playing Madden altogether.
I really hope that there are decent free agents after this season as my receivers are abysmal. Josh Morgan running a slant when he was supposed to run a go is mind boggling, lol.

Yeah totally agree on that. At least half of my interception I've thrown are from that crap.
Good game though, on the 4th and 2 where you were going for it, I was on the verge of jumping into the nuetral zone before the flag came out.
Also I feel I like Cheeser every time Hester gets to return a kick, The last three game every single time he touches the ball, I felt I was on the verge of taking it to the house, frankly without even trying, even squib kicks.
Also damn you EA, you cut off the the return from Hester, so no highlights for it.

Agree, and Im not trying to diminish your victory at all, you won and had a solid gameplan that you worked very well. Im more just voicing my displeasure with the screwy things that tend to happen in Madden games every year so dont think Im trying to take anything away from your victory.
Its funny you bring up Hester. My first kickoff was a squib thinking it wouldnt make it to Hester but I kicked it too hard and he returned it for that TD. After 1-2 kickoffs that were deep enough to force you into a touchback you decided to gamble and return it anyways and got it out to the around the 40 so I decided kicking it out of bounds was the best option. Next kickoff I tried to kick it out to the left and somehow it stayed in play, the time after that I tried to kick it out to the right and it stayed in play again, so apparently I cant even kick it out of bounds on purpose, lol.
Congrats again, solid game and hopefully we meet again in the playoffs as it was a pretty good back and forth game throughout. On to Green Bay I go.
EDIT- Damn that fumble by Vernon Davis in the 4th killed me, man that hurt bad. Davis is by far my best weapon in the passing game but he does have 11 drops on the season and that fumble ended any chances I had of coming back today. I dont know if its a lack of talent on the outside or if Im just uncomfortable throwing to the wideouts but I really struggle with this.

Raiders put yet another hurting on my Chiefs, 34-7. I had three fumbles, an INT when I was hit while throwing (looking forward to the patch fixing those ridiculous floaters that the D-Line picks off all the time), and two more INTs trying to force a comeback.
It is so frustrating to play as KC. There is NO talent on this roster. Just awful. Thank God for LJ being overrated as always and kick returns being rather easy, otherwise I might not ever score.

I agree, that patch needs to fix those floaters. Some INTs seem a little to easy.
Your kickoff return scared me a little because you almost had the return for a TD. I got my running game going today and didn't have to rely too much on Russell and the D came to play today. :-)[Reply]

Yeah, JaMarcus remembered who he really was today... less than 50% completions, less than 60 yards passing. My defense actually played pretty well, but all those turnovers gave you a ton of points and short fields.

Things happen. We had unexpected guests arrive and I couldn't get to the computer or the PS3. No need to talk down to me. I'm 34.
I'll be online from 9:15pm till bed on the PS3, if you are there we can play if not I'll be playing NHL or NBA Live. During the week I'm on my PS3 every night practically do I don't think getting our game in will be an issue.
