New 16-man sim league forming.

I'm trying to start up a 16 man Xbox 360 league (which will begin once the final preseason roster update comes out).

This will be straight sim. NO CHEESE or padding stats.

Games will be played once a week to accomodate people's schedules and give you plenty of time to play your game (deadline will be wednesdays at 10PM EST). For the first year, I want to keep the rosters realistic (as in no trades unless they happen in RL and no FA unless it happens in RL or you have a multitude of injuries - and if you have injuries, you have to sign someone around where your backups are rated since in real life your back-up would be the new starter if the QB goes down for example).

settings will be All-Pro and either 7 minute quarters w/ 15 sec accel clock or 5 min quarters w/ no accel clock

Free Agency will be handled on a waiver system and the order will be determined after the first season ends.

It will be set to 2 people per division, all divisions are full except for the AFC South (Texans, Titans, and Jags available).

play realistic-style football. No nanos, no money plays, no Moss at CB (saw that in the Madden Challenge a few years back), no running up the score, etc

basically, whatever you see on sundays, play like that.
