im starting an online franchise for the 360. it will be sim style game play with original roster(no fantasy draft). there will be a salary cap. i have set up a system for the whole league that i will be able to manage for everyone. we will have everything from signing bonuses, to lengnth of contract, to yearly salaries. i have it set up to have trading blocks and salary sheets for every team. we will have a week of FA before the season starts where there will be bidding on players for contract rights. after that they will be on a first come first serve basis. once again this is sim style game play, so no cheesers, cheaters, glitchers, or quiters. check out the site at http://thesimfranchise.webs.com/ . it has all the info you need to know about the league. if you like it sign up and let me know what team you want through my email tatmanfish@yahoo.com or message me through the site.
