Not to s#*t on your idea, but if you try and recruit 31 people online at least half of them are not going to be dedicated or play sim style. I've learned by using these forums for NCAA dynastys. You only need 12 for NCAA, and you always end up with 4 or 5 cheesers or people who aren't dedicated no matter what your thread asks for. The more people you start with that you know are dedicated, the easier it is to run a franchise and replace the dead weight when needed. I was going to start a franchise as well. I have a partner who I know is dedicated. He has six guys he ran a leauge with last year who are dedicated as well. Between the two of us we probably have 10-12 dedicated, sim players. If you want to join, we would have a nice # to start with. If not, I'll still run in your leauge.
