Guys,

I will message this information out but it looks like we're really going to need some communication. Apparently, the game will ship with no salary cap in online franchise, along with no AI trade logic. This presents a number of problems, but all can be (somewhat) fixed by the commish, who can control everything. Please keep in mind that we will VOTE collectively on EVERY single trade, even user/user trades. I will also ask that we put a limit on the amount of trades we can make during a year (really shouldn't be many).

Lastly, we'll have to figure out the salary cap. My suggestion is that I figure out what hte cap will be each year based on an offline franchise, and we use that figure to figure it all out. It will be a huge headache, but we'll do our best. My only request is that you guys actively participate and follow the rules.

even though im im not in.... peench that sounds good, esp the part about trades since they really only happen during the offseason. IMO salary cap has never been an issue since madden f's it up anyway. but the fact that we're able to talk about this stuff is quite exciting.

Yeah we have shuffled some stuff around. The Steelers user had to bow out (for the time being), so the Seattle manager switched. I'll have to go in order of the wait list, but if I don't hear from those guys its all you.

There has been a movement to change the league to 2 users per division in each of the NFL divisions. I like 4 users in each, keeps things ultra competitive. But as I said, this is a democracy and we will vote on EVERY issue. Please let me know what you think we should do. PM or message me on xbox live
