Haha, alternate reality ftw.
Just a note, most of the players in the first two drafts become anything more than AHLers or fourth-line players.

Thanks. I might cheat and edit Kane regardless of whether I get him or not.

lmao

Well an update on my Flames season - I am playing with 08-09 rosters and have 2 losses in my 1st 15 games. Jokinen and Iggy are lighting up the league while Phaneuf is leading all d-men in scoring and has a + rating. He can play defense after all lol.

Do any of you have a copy you are no longer using? I want to play this but having just bought a house, there's no way the wife would go for it!

Thanks for at least considering!

Re: NHL EHM 2007

Well I started a franchise last week, with Toronto. I am using these rules:http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums...pic.php?t=4462

Basically I can do any trades or free agent pick-ups in the first season. And I can only do two trades a year after the first season. As well as different tiers of free agents.

I am using the original 2006/07 roster

My team did terrible, we got last in the league with only 67 (last season we won the cup. Ironic?) points. And lost the draft lottery to New York Islanders. But I had an amazing draft picking up London Knight teammates Sam Gagne at #2 and Patrick Kane at #32.

I picked up Jason Blake and Byran Berard in the free agency. And traded Byran McCabe to Boston for Marco Sturm who is a must needed left winger and Mark Stuart a must need defensemen.

Re: NHL EHM 2007

I should try that with mine. I am almost at the all-star break with the Flames and I've lost 2 times in regulation and 4 times in OT. Completely unrealistic although I've been extremely fortunate to win some of those games.

I actually kept my roster intact except for getting rid of Warrener, Eriksson, Aucoin, and Primeau as they were such a waste of valuable cap space

Iginla is leading the league in scoring with 88 points in 44 games (44 goals) while Jokinen is second 2 points back.

I am actually not trying to get stars but developing my prospects. Mikael Backlund is developing nicely in junior while I kept Dustin Boyd in the minors to be ready for next season. Langkow is having a bad year so I will likely trade him to get Boyd up.

I'm a huge Football manager fan and I just saw this yesterday and want to get into it. Does anybody know a good torrent that works for it? and the link for the new database.

thanks.

How did you manage that? In one of my older ones, my team is so inconsistant, and I'm stuck at 7th in the West.
