OS Poll: What do you think of the new "Control Stick" in NBA 2K13?

Į think it will be too complicated if the shot stick will be same with the dribble stick and is kinda copying NBA live 10 .Why fix it if its not broken.

Thats just it, it was broken. The dribble moves and control are terrible in 2k. And live 10 had the right idea. Like I said before: finally, take a great feature out of the NBA live playbook and improve 2k! I can't wait... Great thinking 2k!!!

No it wasnt broken u got ballers balling all year with it so how its broken 2k11 and 2k12 online everything the dribbling was fine

lol at this "feature" that was introduced way back in NBA Live 08....

You could change the controls so dribbling was on the right stick in previous 2k games. Hope this isn't just an attempt to make it super easy for casual gamers to pull off crazy moves and be just as good as advanced players.

if you want to use the control stick to do dribble moves just change the controller setup to 'B'. I've been using it since 2k11.....still looking foward to the new animations though.

So how am i suppose to vote on something I have never used? You want me to assume 2k is gonna make this bug free and be able to do every move i want? The ideas sound great, but i wont keep my expectations high...we will see

Yeah. I've been using the B controls since I started getting 2k two years ago. It's basically Live controls, imo. Live has also had the dribble stick since like 2005 and maybe before if I'm not mistaken. Not sure how the Live 10 right stick was any more dynamic than Lives before it.

I thought the dribble moves were fine last year and before that in 2k using the B controller layout. I'd have so many crossovers, both on users and cpu. There's even an ankle break animation that I've gotten honestly maybe like twice and have only saw once online in a team up once.

I'm all for them implementing it and focusing on it as a big part of the package this year. As a life time Live fan... this could be the final nail. Right stick control was what kept me on Live up until the 11 debacle in the first place.
