Well it would be up to a lot of things, 1. How long do I have left of school...if I only had a year or so, I would stay. 2. If I had a couple years left to go and I had a chance in the NFL I would go for sure,. 3. I would at less talk to a few schools and see what they are thinking., 3. This is the BIG one, do I have the money to move, is mom n dad paying for the school....they are a lot to be done when moving schools, what school offer what I'm taking at PS...

I'd stay there, I couldn't do that to the current coaching staff that's just trying to right wrongs they had absolutely nothing to do with. If I was SR in high school that already committed to PSU tho I'd change my committment faster than a a perma-ban for personal attack on here lol

I think for me the determining factor (if I am not mistaken) is that Penn State has to honor all current and commited football scholarships for 5 yrs whether they play ball or not...so essentially you are guaranteed a great education without having to worry about getting shipped out due to lack of performance wich happens more than people realize..Transferring is a lot of risks especially at this point ..you have to adapt to a new system, new teammates, and new surroundings , and you have to prove yourself all over again without that guarantee of a scholarship the next year..Players like Silas Redd shouldnt have a problem simply because he is a NFL prospect but some others might be taking a risk...I would stay fight through the adversity and form a new legacy for the future..believe me the players who stay will be forever remembered in PennState lore and will be taken care of by alumni..

I like what OBrien is saying now as far as playing in front of 100,000 people 7 times a year would be their bowl games...As far as making it to the next level if a player is talented enough they will be found exposure or not...this will make no difference as far as getting to the next level..

For me, it really depends. I'm a big Penn State fan and being able to play in Beaver Stadium is once in a lifetime. If I was a freshemen, I would stay out my career there. Anything else, I would leave.

There's tons of players who strap it up every Saturday and play just as hard knowing that their chances of making it to a bowl game, never mind winning a ring are slim to none.

One reason I would consider staying at least a year would be for the simple fact that I could get playing time and showcase my talent.

If all goes well, maybe I put myself on some NFL draft boards.

If I'm an underclassman, maybe I catch the eye of some big time programs and then I get to basically pick where I go and play for a national title next year.

Ya have to leverage the situation

After everything, I would stay. You will still be looked at for the NFL draft. You were recruited to Penn State for a reason. You can obviously play football. And Bill O'Brien is a solid coach.

If it were the school I always wanted to be at, I would stay. If I came there just to win and play for a specific system, I would leave
