Average for me. It seems like every other year. I'll pass this year.

Man I got to page two in the comments and just had to quit reading. Maybe I'm just old school but, I am loving the game. It seems like knowing how to play football and read defenses actually pay's off. I really like almost everything about the game. Maybe I don't expect perfection for $45-60. I really don't think I have very many if any things I've bought for $60 that was perfect. I paid $120 for a pair of Jordans and they werent perfect. It's a video game that is supposed to be fun. I'm am having lots of fun with it.

The game is great. The passing and passing defense is more realistic. There are more results that I can believe. Even some bad throws you know why. Yes there are dropped passes but not very many. College players do that you know. The running game is harder as well your really have to find the open holes.

And you can tell the difference between a very good passer and a very bad passer. You have to find matchups to be successful and read defenses.

I love the game and all the improvements.

I guess the haters have stopped watching college football and played too much NCAA football video games.
WRs drop game changing wide open passes, (in real life).
OLs miss blocks, ( in real life).
DBs get burnt, (in real life).
All players forget assignments time to time, (in real life).
These are college players being depicted in a video game, not the NFC/AFC Probowl team.
Sliders will fix most problems.
For you crying girls.... Play on the easiest setting and set your sliders so you can get your 12 games in with 600 yards passing and 200 yards rushing with 2 players. Because THATS realistic!!
Game is improved. Point blank.

or you are just flat out oblivious to the bug & glitches. It's one thing for DBs to get burned, it's another for the safeties not to cover guys running down the field.

There's also a difference between linemen missing blocks and linemen not even attempting blocks.

How can you say the game is great when the cpu can't even run the option correctly? How about the fact that they call so many screen passes yet take a sack just about everytime?

I have nothing against people who are enjoying the game, that's great. But your response bugs me because you basically throw away all the bad and chalk it up as, well college players make mistakes in real life.

ditched the 360 for the ps3 mainly so I could play The Show... now I find out the graphics for NCAA on the ps3 are... lacking.... awesome...

couple glitches already - my receiver caught a screen on the sideline and then stood there for three seconds until the d stepped up and tackled him... he could have run for 10... another time, my qb optioned to the back, with the qb running to one side of the LOLB and the back to the other side... sounds normal... except the LOLB didnt move from snap to tackle... just froze like an OT on a dedicated snap count...

oddly, the graphics are WAY better in coach mode than they are when you actually control the qb...

if anyone making rosters is reading this, the coaches are all fictitional too...

Damn. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but everything in here so negative. That's all I read of NCAA anymore. Soooo negative.

If everything was a broken as you guys say, this game would get a 2/10.

Re: NCAA Football 13: What is your opinion on it's quality?

I've been playing the early release download of the full game all weekend. There is just not enough that is new in this game to justify me spending $50.00 on it. To be honest I'll be just as happy playing NCAA 11 or 12. To me 13 isn't all that different. The DB issue I'm sure will be fixed with a patch, even so still a no buy for me.

I know it's all about making money but I really think EA should consider releasing these games every two years. On the non release years they should just give tuner and roster updates. Other then the passing game I see nothing new in 13.

Most if not all of us responding in this thread have played the full retail version of the game. Some were able to buy it early and others like myself got the early release download from last years EA season ticket.
