I see you don’t want to blame the Heat for playing the injured prone Knicks, and the Pacers are one of the best young teams I guess to justify they are a threat, and the Celtics ran out of gas. Regardless of these reasons the Heat had a easier set of teams to play than the Thunder.

Lakers, Mavericks, and Spurs are all former championship teams. The 3 teams the Heat played can't be compared to this trio. One trio is much more experienced than the other. It takes more than talent to win a championship It takes experience. The Celtics is the only battle tested team the Heat played, but they played hurt and it showed. Paul and Allen where not 100% at all.

The Heat had a much easier road to the Finals than the Thunder. I really don't think this is debatable.

The Thunder is a much more cohesive unit than the Heat and tonight we shall find out soon enough as Game 1 kicks off!. I can't wait!

Yeah, the eastern conference in general is a weak conference. The only three good to great teams are Miami, Chicago, and Boston. After next year, probably just Miami and Chicago. Indiana, Orlando and Philadelphia have potential, but it will be a while before they are championship contenders, if ever. The West is definately tougher even if some of the teams aren't quite what they use to be, they are still miles ahead of most any team in the east.

They won't let it be one-sided, though. There's too much potential for ratings.

I've got the Thunder in 5 or 6 because of the Thunder's better bench and because of the Thunder's inside presence in the paint. The Heat just don't match up there.

Also, I just think that with all of the LeBrick haters (me included obviously), he and the Heat are trying so hard to silence them that they are underperforming because they are trying too hard. If they would forget about everything and solely focus on playing their game of basketball and control the tempo, they would win the Finals no doubt about it. Just not this year because the Thunder will win .

Ok, I got the Finals I originally wanted but feared wouldn't happen. I'm a Heat fan....I'm an OKC f..but I feel OKC will win. Coming into this series I was torn. Game 1 started and I found myself automatically rooting for the Heat....but I still feel OKC will win...and I will still be happy. Heh.
